In the beginning of April 2011, I registered my new company focusing on webdesign and computer/network service. Registration came through this week, and work has already started on my business home page for promoting my services.

My company web page will appear shortly on www.jkweb.no, and from the beginning of May services can be ordered through the web page.

This means at the same time that helping a lot of people for free is in the past, about time to make some money on the knowledge built up during the last 20 years using internet, PC and struggling with computers and other components that seemed to have a will of their own.

After a couple of weeks intensive work, I recently published the brand new webpages for the local community of Borgarveien Borettslag.

A complete website containing pictures, historical details, contact information to the board, guestbook, private pages for the people living here and a lot of services has been incorporated into the website at www.borgarveien.no that was launched recently.

The 41 local recidents have now the possibility of logging into their own webpage where they can find information or communicate with the board.

We're happy to announce that the webpage already is implemented into the webpages and sales routins of the FOBBL that governs all the local BRLs. All future as sales will have a direct link to the new website giving additional information to any seeking appartments in the area.

JKWEB now support a number of small websites with updates, backup routines and technical support. Using Joomla as a CMS has proven to be a great success, and we're now seeking more customers interested in a homepage. This might typically be small organizations or companies, personal homepage, small stores and sports clubs.

JKWEB is looking for more projects using Joomla, and hope to increase the number of webpages during 2011. This far, we have support agreements with Eventica AS, Veelstoppen Private Barnehage AS and NBU.

After converting my domain to a new web hotel and starting to use the CMS Joomla, work on my homepage have not been a priority because of several other webpages I'm involved in. But this summer, the time had come to convert the rest of my homepage.

The last week I have restored my travel pages, describing some of the places I've been to over the years, but there's more to come. Since I started om my new pages, a visit to both Madrid and Paris are worth mentioning.

Pictures in this section is taken by myself if not otherwise stated, and I've used a Canon Ixus, a Nokia E66 phone and recently also my iPhone. The quality of the pictures will therefore vary a lot.

I'm most pleased with my presentation of my hometown Fredrikstad that you will find under Norway on the Travel pages.
